Both homes sit on the Maenporth Estate, a short walk up from Maenporth Beach. It is a sheltered, south facing sandy cove with a beach cafe, paddleboard and kayak hire in summer, and the South West Coast Path running along the cliffs either side.
Falmouth is about ten minutes away by car for the harbour, independent shops, restaurants and the National Maritime Museum Cornwall.
